Forbidden Friday (58)~My Poison Pile (60) + On the Blog This Week (50) + Tip of the Week (45)

Forbidden Friday is a blog feature created here at The Reader's Antidote, with my three features My Poison Pile, On the Blog This Week, and Tip of the Week.

My Poison Pile is a feature created by me. It features my current read and the next five books that I plan on reading.
CURRENTLY READING

Yup, I'm still on Crown of Midnight! School, work and life is in the way. I'll explain a bit more why this might change in my Tip of the Week section :)

UP NEXT

On the Blog This Week is pretty self-explanatory, but I basically recap what's been happening on the blog this past week.
Tip of the Week is where I endow some random tidbit of information onto you, whether it's with books, blogging or life!
Okay, so there are a couple things this week, and none of them are tips. Just a couple announcements:

  1. This is about my job. They need me to work more hours, but they also know I can't. So, instead, I will fulfill my contract (up to 10/30) and then I will cease to be an intern. Luckily, they've (at least to my knowledge) decided that I can become an offsite contractor, which means I still keep my contact with them and I'm still getting paid. I'm actually very happy about this arrangement because having to drive all that way for only twelve hours of work was exhausting me. And I can also finish more projects because I'll have more time.
  2. I started another blog. I know what you're thinking: I barely post on this one these days. But I made it for my writing. I know I need to get serious about it, and I hope this is a step towards that. It's called Bell's Book Nook and the link is here: http://bellsbooknook.wordpress.com/. Notice it's a word press blog. I needed something simple, and since I've always wanted a Wordpress blog, I thought this was the perfect opportunity. It'll be a place to vent about not getting a character right or boasting about some great idea I came up with. Mostly, it'll be to update you when things really start rolling, starting with when I finish the book. Check it out! :)

  1. That's great that you are a contractor now and getting paid to work from home. Hopefully I will actually see you one day soon. And will check out the new blog!

I always appreciate comments and cherish every one of them. THIS IS AN AWARD-FREE ZONE. I don't have the time to fulfill the requirements for the awards, but thank you so much for thinking of me. I just ask for no vulgarity, and if you have any issues with my reviews or writing style, please e-mail me instead of commenting. Now, vent to your heart's content!
