Endless Summer Read-a-Thon Recap

So I ended up totally failing at my own read-a-thon :( I only read one full book and three quarters of another one. I think it was mostly because I'm not enjoying the The Vampire Diaries as much as I thought I would. I really don't know how these books became a show. But I'm hoping that maybe the third and fourth books are better. In any case I apologize for sucking . I was also busy doing stuff on all of Friday and Saturday, so I had no chance to catch up. I hope you guys did better than me! I also hope that I can make this an annual read-a-thon and do this next year as well :)

I finished Star Cursed by Jessica Spotswood, The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening, and most of The Vampire Diaries: The Struggle.

  1. I have only read the first book in the VD series. I didn't love it either. It was OK but a lot of it felt really dated to me. I never continued on. But I know some people (cough cough Kimberly) who LOVE the TV show. And you did better than me on the read-a-thon so yay!

I always appreciate comments and cherish every one of them. THIS IS AN AWARD-FREE ZONE. I don't have the time to fulfill the requirements for the awards, but thank you so much for thinking of me. I just ask for no vulgarity, and if you have any issues with my reviews or writing style, please e-mail me instead of commenting. Now, vent to your heart's content!
