Happy Valentine's Day/Proud Singles Day!

Hello lovely followers! As most of you know, today is Valentine's Day, or as some like to call it Proud Singles Day. So, here's a nice little picture (and yes I made it as corny as possible) and some advice for those who are celebrating Valentine's Day:
Advice: Valentine's Day is not that big of a deal. Women like to make it into this whole big thing, but what we really want is to have just a little something special. Like a nicer dinner (cooked or going out) and a nice heartfelt present. At least for me, Valentine's Day isn't about jewelry. That should be saved for more important events like a birthday or anniversary. Just hold tight the one you love (or maybe at this point are just starting to really like, and just be thankful for them. Just have the satisfaction of not being alone on Valentine's Day. Although I do suggest making him watch a chick flick. It actually kind of works to his advantage once the movie is over, if you know what I mean ;D

And if you're celebrating Proud Singles day, well, I have something for you too. No advice, just a video. Enjoy!
This was my favorite scene in that movie. If you're single and are feeling mad about it, find a heart pinata and have at it!

No matter what you celebrate, just know that I love you, and I hope you're having a wonderful day!

  1. you're so funny, nicole. i personally love valentine's day. i never feel like it's a day where i have to be part of a couple or feel mad about being single. i make it a day to tell my friends and family how much i love and appreciate them. i also love pink and red together and candy! so v-day is a big win win for me.

hope you have a great day, nicole. sending you a hug!
