Forbidden Friday (20) ~ My Poison Pile (22) + On the Blog This Week (12) + Top of the Week (7)

Forbidden Friday is a blog feature created here at The Reader's Antidote, with my two features My Poison Pile and On the Blog This Week. In My Mailbox will now be in a separate post.

My Poison Pile is a meme created here at The Reader's Antidote, which features my current read and the next four books that I'm going to read.

(for school)

On the Blog This Week is pretty self-explanatory, but I just basically recap what's been happening on the blog this past week.

Tip of the Week is a feature where I endow some random tidbit of information onto you, whether it's with blogging, books, or life.

Students, remember what comes first: school work. I have been putting off a paper that's due on Wednesday, and while I've made some progress, I end up spending my time reading for fun instead of for school. Now, though, I'm pretty good at balancing these things, but it gets harder when I have to read another novel for my Detective Fiction class, readings for my Transcendentalist class, starting to read novels for my American Environmental History class, AND trying to read books for fun. Normally this wouldn't be a problem in community college, but the quarter system is much shorter and so playing catch-up is much harder. Just remember what's important, and you can read like crazy after all your finals are over! The question is, will I take my own advice...
