Today marks the beginning of my signings month

Today I'm attending a signing for Scott Westerfeld, whose best-selling dystopian series The Uglies I love. After today, I will be going to a signing at least once a week through the end of October, so brace yourself for some amazing signing recaps all this month. A few of them will even feature some giveaways of signed books, which I'm sure you will be anxious about. To give you a sort of clue as to how many books I'm getting signed, here is an image of all the books I have signed now:

Most of these are all my favorite authors (a few I have yet to read so I'm not sure if they can be counted as a favorite), so I'm pretty content with the books I have. Below is a picture of only some of the books I'll be getting signed this month:

If I piled it any higher, it would have fallen over and I have some books on the way that I ordered from Amazon AND I even forgot a few. In fact, the right stack did fall over. Anyway, I'm sure you want to know what two books I'll be giving away, but that'll have to wait until I give a synopsis of my crazy adventures at the end of the month. Meanwhile, you get to enjoy pictures and videos that will hopefully pique your interest. Until then, I'm off to lug my bag off Scott Westerfeld gold into the car.

  1. Well Scott Westerfeld is near me tonight so I'm assuming you are too! What a coincidence :) I take it you're also attending the signings with Moira Young, Michelle Hodkin, and Becca Fitzpatrick in October? You'll have to keep me up to date with all these signings so I can go too! Sounds like fun :)

  2. I wish that would be so awesome if I could meet a fellow blogger! I actually went to the one last night. Are you in California then?

  3. I am in CA! Damn, I guess I missed you haha. Are you in CA? If you are, I hope you're planning on going to the Silence book tour event in SF on the 10th? I know a ton of bloggers who are attending :)

  4. Lol this sucks, I am going to a stop on the Silence tour but SF is way too far away from me because I'm in SoCal, so I'm going to the one in Montrose.

  5. Oh boo! I'm all the way up by SF. We're like on opposite sides of the state :( Well if you go to any cool signings that aren't up here I might have to send you something to get signed for me ;) There are never any cool author events near me, I'm stoked to see Fitzpatrick, Young and Hodkin!!

  6. You are soooooo lucky you get to meet Michelle Hodkin. I prefer her over Elizabeth Miles, who's taking Hodkin's place down here. And if you want to pay for shipping I'd be willing to do it. I hate how authors come so close, yet they're so far...

  7. Maybe we could do a swap of some sort? I'd be happy to send you a signed copy of Mara Dyer? :) And I know what you mean, but then there's the big teen book events too, like the one in Austin, and there was one in OC last weekend I think. SO CLOSE. Did you go to that one?! Ugh, authors need to just come everywhere.

  8. Yeah that'd be awesome! I don't have my copy of Mara Dyer yet, but we'll figure something out. The one in OC is actually this weekend. If you look under my signings page, it says all the YA authors that are going to be there.

  9. Ohhhh yeah that's right! OMG, you're going to so many and I'm so jealous. LAUREN OLIVER. Seriously, I could die. And I'm totally happy to just buy you a copy of Mara Dyer, get it signed and send it to you. No worries about that. Blogger love<3 I can order yours along with mine :)

  10. I would honestly love you forever!! If you're serious, then I'm going to cancel my order with Amazon... Is there a book from the signings I'm going to that you would want me to buy and get signed for you? Like Lauren Oliver? lol

  11. It's no problem! I haven't ordered Mara Dyer yet, so I can place the order tomorrow. And I would absolutely LOVE if you got me a signed copy of Delirium :) I don't have it yet, I got mine from the library and I've been putting off getting my own copy hahah :) We could just do a swap?
