Teaser Tuesday (2) + Bright, Young & Luxe Giveaway Hop

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.

My teaser for this week is from Forever by Maggie Stiefvater. I'll be going to a signing of hers in October, so I thought it was only fitting that I should finish The Wolves of Mercy Falls series before doing so.

"The cold pulled at me, flowed into my veins, unlocking the disease inside me. No, no, no. But I couldn't resist it anymore; I could feel the pulse in my fingers pounding as the skin bubbled into another shape... I screamed Sam's name into the darkness until I couldn't remember how to speak."

Also, I have some news. First of all, I will be extending the swag giveaway date likely until the end of October until I get enough entries for it to be fair. In bigger news, I will be part of the Bright, Young & Luxe Giveaway Hop, hosted by For Those About to Read and LC's Adventures in Libraryland. The giveaway will be held between September 10-20, and you can check out both of their websites for the full list of participating blogs (which I'll be posting at the official start of the giveaway). As of now, I'm going to be giving away a copy of the Luxe by Anna Godberson, but only within those dates. I cannot extend the deadline of this giveaway as it is within the confines of the hop! So look for that in about 3-4 days.

  1. Sounds thrilling. I hope the protog will be able to get out from whatever predicament he/she was in.

I always appreciate comments and cherish every one of them. THIS IS AN AWARD-FREE ZONE. I don't have the time to fulfill the requirements for the awards, but thank you so much for thinking of me. I just ask for no vulgarity, and if you have any issues with my reviews or writing style, please e-mail me instead of commenting. Now, vent to your heart's content!
